Registration is via the OPTICA Website and will require a userid and password. You can sign up for one for free. If you have any problems with registration, please contact Mike McKee.
Because our hotel location has capacity limits, we will limit the attendance to 200 attendees. There will be a waitlist after this limit has been exceeded.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: Up to March 31, we can refund full registration fee minus any credit card fees. (Normally 100% if within 60 days of your credit card payment.) April 1 – May 1, we will charge $50 cancellation. After May 1, no refund is given.
Visa Information
We can provide a Visa letter that can be used to submit that you will be attending our conference. You must first be registered for the conference. The registration form requires you fill out passport information and ask for a visa letter. Once you have registered, we will send a PDF of the letter to the email address specified in the registration form.
Note that we can not help with obtaining visas nor do we have any contacts with the U.S. Department of State.
