Airports

ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MCO)

Located 50 miles west of Cocoa Beach, Orlando International is a major airport with service to every major US City and connections to the rest of North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Central America, and Africa.

Note that security lines out of Orlando can be prolonged if you do not have TSA Precheck.

The drive from Orlando International to the conference hotel should take about 1 hour, and is a toll road on State Road 528.

MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MLB)

Located 38 miles south of Cocoa Beach, Melbourne International Serves limited cities in the U.S.

The drive from Melbourne will take about 40 minutes. There are no tolls along the drive.

Visa Information

We can provide a Visa letter that can be used to submit that you will be attending our conference. You must first be registered for the conference. The registration form requires you fill out passport information and ask for a visa letter. Once you have registered, we will send a PDF of the letter to the email address specified in the registration form.

Note that we can not help with obtaining visas nor do we have any contacts with the U.S. Department of State.

Shipping To ETOP

SHIP TO HILTON: Boxes can arrive no sooner than May 11 at the hotel. The hotel can’t accept pallets. Note: Sunday, May 14, 2023 is Mother’s Day and space is limited due to activities that day.
