We are working to receive sponsorship to support Travel Grants.  Our expectation is that we will be able to award some funding for travel in the following amounts for airfare/lodging:

• DOMESTIC TRAVEL – $700
• INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL – $1000

All Applicants:

• Must be a member of one of the sponsoring organizations (SPIE, OPTICA, IEEE or ICO)
• Must have an accepted presentation/workshop/poster
• Must be able to secure a visa for travel, where needed.
• Open to students, faculty, or anyone in need of travel support.

Grant Details

• We will notify awardees by March 15, 2023
• If awarded, travel funding will be reimbursed after the conference.  Receipts for air travel and/or lodging will be required.
