Payment can be made separately from registration for either the Exhibit Table or Sponsorship. Use the buttons to register for an Exhibit Table and/or Sponsor an Activity. If your sponsorship includes the Exhibit Table, please include the representatives who will attend ETOP.

Your company can also attend ETOP 2023 without sponsoring an activity.
The exhibition space is centered around the activities associated with the conference with the primary location being in the space (labeled on the image below) in the lobby of the hotel. This space is adjacent to the coffee break location in the Seagrapes room and around all the breakout sessions. Additional space will be used in the hallways leading to the main ballroom.
Space allocation for exhibition is first-come-first-served, based on when your application is received.
Exhibition Space
- Exhibit Tuesday and Wednesday (10 am – 5 pm)
- 6-foot table and space to accommodate an 8 foot backdrop display
- Regular-size logo on ETOP website with hyperlink to exhibitor’s website
- Registration passes (2) (exhibition area only)
- Lunches included for the representative
- One (1) draped table with two (2) side chairs
- Cost: $995 (limited number of spaces available)
