ETOP 2023 welcomes you. All of you, who enhance, broaden and expand the ETOP experience. We are convinced that science and technical content are crucial, so is our community’s experience. We are committed to working towards a balanced representation of our diverse community in all of ETOP events and activities. IEEE, OSA, SPIE, and ICO are committed to providing a safe conference environment because all individuals are entitled to respectful treatment. Any form of harassment, including, but not limited to, inappropriate conduct relating to an individual’s race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, gender or sexual orientation, other offensive remarks, intimidation, stalking , verbal abuse, threats of violence, or sexual harassment, is unacceptable.
